The 5 best AnyTrack alternatives in 2026

AnyTrack shows you which ads made money. The question is what your ads learn. We compared five AnyTrack alternatives on bots, CRM stages, consent, setup and price.

The short answer

AnyTrack tells you which ads worked. DataCops makes sure the ads learn it: real people only, and the sale that happens after the form.

DataCops is a tool that makes the ads learn from real sales: it sends booked, showed, won and paid stages from your CRM back to your ad platforms, gives every visit a bot verdict with a Real people only switch per platform, warms up new campaigns with your existing customers, and logs every send. It is not an attribution report.

How DataCops does it:

  • The sale after the form. HighLevel natively (lead, booked, showed, won with value, paid), any CRM by webhook, Shopify through the DataCops Shopify app, all matched to the click by click ID or hashed email and phone, and sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Real people only. Every visit gets a bot verdict against 360+ billion IPs and 350+ monitoring points, with a Real people only switch per ad platform, off by default. Every form email is checked for disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score.
  • First-party collection, no extra tool. One script and one DNS record put collection on your own subdomain; with your DNS on Cloudflare, the free Worker reads the click at the edge before the page loads. Click IDs are kept on the server for up to 90 days.
  • Ads Warmup. Upload your existing customers (up to 20,000 rows), see a 0 to 10 match score per person, and send them to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok so new campaigns start warm.
  • Consent, memory and proof. A TCF 2.2 consent banner from your domain with Google Consent Mode v2 on by default, a server-set cookie up to 400 days where enabled, and a delivery log row for every send, counted once against the pixel.

Best for: ad-funded businesses whose sales close in a CRM or on a call: clinics, home services, agencies, B2B and lead gen.

The alternatives at a glance:

  • DataCops: best for businesses whose sales close after the form. A bot verdict on every visit, a consent manager built in, and booked, showed, won and paid sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X.
  • Hyros: best for high-ticket info and coaching businesses that want deep attribution.
  • Cometly: best for ecommerce and SaaS teams that want reports plus CAPI.
  • RedTrack: best for media buyers and affiliates.
  • Wetracked: best for Shopify stores.

Most people look for an AnyTrack alternative because of the price or the reports. Those matter. But the thing that decides your cost per sale is not the report. It is what Meta, Google and TikTok learn from.

Every AnyTrack alternatives list compares dashboards and attribution models. Few of them ask what actually reaches the ad platform: bots or people, form fills or buyers. That is what this guide is about.

A report is not a signal

Attribution tools are built to answer one question for you: which ad made money. That is useful. But you are not the one spending the budget minute by minute. The ad platform is.

Meta's algorithm does not read your ROAS dashboard. It learns only from the events you send it. If those events are form fills, it finds more people who fill in forms. If some of them are bots, it finds more bots. A perfect report on top of that tells you, very precisely, that your ads are getting worse.

To be fair, AnyTrack does send conversions to the ad platforms through their Conversion APIs, and it does it well for online sales. The gap is in what gets sent. No bot verdict we could find, so flagged visits go through. Consent relies on an outside banner. And for businesses that sell on a call or in a clinic, the stage that proves a buyer (showed up, won, paid) has to be matched to the click and sent, stage by stage.

DataCops is the tracking solution for ad-funded businesses: it keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale that happens after the form to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X. Every visit gets a verdict. The CRM stage goes back to the ad matched to the click. The algorithm finds more buyers, not more forms.

Here is the loop, one lead at a time:

  1. Someone clicks your ad. DataCops keeps the click ID for 90 days and checks the visit for bots.
  2. They book a call. HighLevel or your CRM marks them booked. DataCops sends "booked" to the ad that brought them.
  3. They show up. "Showed" goes back to the same ad.
  4. They buy. "Won" goes back with the deal value, then "paid".

Now Meta knows which clicks turned into money, not just which clicks filled a form. That is what it optimizes for next. A report shows you this. Only the signal changes it.

Where attribution tools win: richer dashboards, multi-touch models, MMM and creative analytics. If you want to read the story in charts, pick one of them. DataCops is for making the ads write a better story.

Attribution tells you what worked. DataCops tells the ads.

The real difference: what the ads learn

Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.

Every visit gets a verdict

We found no bot detection on AnyTrack's site. Its tag tracks what happens and sends it on. If a bot fills your form, that lead can reach Meta as a real one.

DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies, and turns it into one switch per ad platform (see click fraud protection). Turn on Real people only for Meta and flagged visits never reach Meta. It is off by default, so you choose where it applies. Every bot lead Meta receives is a lead it goes looking for more of.

The sale happens after the form

AnyTrack's HighLevel integration collects forms, orders, invoices and pipeline opportunities and sends them to Google, Meta and TikTok, with its tag in your page head. That is a real integration, and worth knowing.

DataCops is built around the stages. Install it once on your HighLevel agency and pick the clients. Lead, booked, showed, won with its value and paid then go to each client's Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, matched to the ad click. Cancelled, no-show and lost are never sent, so the ads only learn from progress. Any other CRM posts the sale to a private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n. Read more on offline conversions and HighLevel conversion tracking.

Consent is built in

AnyTrack's docs say its tag can wait for cookie consent before it loads. The banner itself comes from another vendor. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard, and website events wait for consent before they are sent.

First-party, from your own subdomain

AnyTrack talks about first-party data, and it runs server-side with deduplication. We did not find a setup that serves it from your own subdomain. DataCops runs server-side from a subdomain of your site with one DNS record. Click IDs are kept 90 days, and visitors are remembered up to 400 days (in the EU, that still needs consent).

You can see why each event was sent

AnyTrack's reports show what converted. DataCops writes every conversion as a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it. When a client asks why last week's leads never reached Meta, the answer is one row away.

Delivery log, one client, today
Booked call to MetaSent
Lead to TikTokHeld, waiting for consent
Lead to Google AdsSkipped, flagged visit
Won to LinkedInSent

Privacy and data deletion are built in

We found no deletion request tools or stated retention period on AnyTrack's site. DataCops handles it in one place. Visitors ask for deletion through a form on your privacy page, confirm by email, their session data is anonymised, and a status page shows what was done. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are acted on automatically; Google Ads deletions are still a manual step. Click IDs, sessions and the click log are deleted after 90 days, and the identity store holds hashed emails and phones only.

AnyTrack tells you what converted. DataCops decides what the ads should learn from.

The real cost of a cheap tool

The real cost sits in what your ads learn while you read the report. Answer these with your own numbers.

Fill in your own numbers. Only you know what an hour and a lead are worth to your business.

The last question is the one that matters most. When the ads only see form fills and bot leads, they learn to find more of both. Cost per sale climbs, and a report can show it but cannot fix it.

Cheap tracking is the most expensive line in your ad budget. It just does not send you the invoice.

1. DataCops: best AnyTrack alternative overall

8 ad platforms

DataCops is not a reporting tool. It is the tracking that feeds your ads. Conversions go server-side from your own domain. Every visit gets a bot verdict. Consent is checked by a built-in manager. And the stages after the form come from your CRM, matched to the click, so Meta and Google learn who actually buys.

Why people switch to it

  • Real people only keeps bots out of each platform
  • Booked, showed, won and paid from HighLevel or any CRM
  • Consent manager built in
  • Half the paid entry price of AnyTrack

Worth knowing

  • A click log and delivery log, not attribution dashboards
  • Real people only is off until you switch it on

Best for: teams that want the ads to learn the sale, not just a report about it.

2. Hyros: best for high-ticket info and coaching

Attribution + ad platform feedback

Hyros is the heavyweight of attribution for info products and coaching. Deep tracking across calls and funnels, and it sends conversions back to the ads. Price scales with the revenue you track, you book a demo to get it, and there is no trial.

It is a lot of tool, and a lot of bill, for a clinic or a small agency. We found no per-platform bot switch or built-in consent manager on its site.

Why people switch to it

  • Deep attribution for call funnels
  • Strong in info and coaching

Worth knowing

  • Price grows with your revenue
  • Demo first, no trial

Best for: businesses that sell high-ticket programs and want the deepest reports. See Hyros alternatives.

3. Cometly: best for ecommerce and SaaS reports

Attribution + CAPI

Cometly pairs ad attribution dashboards with Conversion API sends. It is the closest match to AnyTrack in shape, aimed more at ecommerce and SaaS teams. Its pricing page gives no fixed price; you get a quote based on ad spend.

Like AnyTrack, its strength is the report. We found no bot verdict per visit or built-in consent manager.

Why people switch to it

  • Polished attribution dashboards
  • CAPI sends included

Worth knowing

  • No public price
  • Cost grows with ad spend

Best for: teams that want AnyTrack's job with richer dashboards. See Cometly alternatives.

4. RedTrack: best for media buyers and affiliates

Ad tracker

RedTrack comes from the affiliate world: campaigns, offers, postbacks and many traffic sources. If you buy media across networks and run offers, it fits that job better than AnyTrack.

For a business whose sale closes in a CRM, it is the wrong shape. The focus is traffic and offers, not booked and showed.

Why people switch to it

  • Built for affiliates and media buyers
  • Trial with no card

Worth knowing

  • Higher entry price
  • Not built around CRM stages

Best for: media buyers who run affiliate offers across many traffic sources.

5. Wetracked: best for Shopify stores

Ecommerce tracking

Wetracked is built for stores: Shopify, WooCommerce and a list of checkout tools, sending orders to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat and X. It prices by orders, which is simple for a store.

There is no CRM stage to send, because a store's sale is the order. If you sell on a call, it does not fit.

Why people switch to it

  • Made for Shopify and checkouts

Worth knowing

  • Priced by order count
  • Stores only

Best for: sellers who run an online store and the order is the sale.

Other tools in this category: Triple Whale, Northbeam, Rockerbox, HockeyStack, LeadsBridge, Zapier offline conversions and HighLevel's own Conversion API.

How to choose an AnyTrack alternative

  1. Ask who needs the data. If it is you, reading reports, pick an attribution tool. If it is the ads, bidding, pick the one that sends the right events.
  2. Check where your sales close. On the website, a store tool is enough. In a CRM or on a call, you need the stages after the form.
  3. Look at your traffic. If bots fill your forms, you want one switch per platform.
  4. Count your destinations. DataCops covers Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X from one install.
  5. Price the whole chain. The tool is the smallest line next to the ad budget it steers.

Pick DataCops if

  • Your sales close after the form: a booking, a call, a visit, a signed deal.
  • You want bots kept out of what Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X learn.
  • You or your agency run HighLevel, or you need consent and deletion handled in one place.

When not to use DataCops

  • AnyTrack is a reporting tool. Its ROAS and multi-touch reports are its real strength. DataCops focuses on making the ads learn from clean, real conversions.
  • You want an attribution dashboard. Reporting and modelling are what attribution tools are for. DataCops cleans and sends what goes into your ads; it is not a reporting layer.

What's your actual goal?

Nobody wants an attribution tool for its own sake. You want five things:

  1. Capture every lead and sale, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
  2. Send them to your ad platforms, so Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X learn who buys.
  3. Include the sales that happen offline, on a call, in a clinic, in your CRM.
  4. Keep bots out, so the platforms do not learn from fake leads.
  5. Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.

AnyTrack covers the first two well and adds reports on top. Here is the same goal, done both ways.

The traditional way, with AnyTrack

  1. Add the AnyTrack tag to every site.
  2. Connect your ad accounts and conversion sources.
  3. Set UTM templates in each ad platform.
  4. Buy a consent banner and make the tag wait for it.
  5. Connect HighLevel or your CRM and map what counts as a conversion.
  6. Accept that bot visits are sent like real ones.
  7. Read the ROAS reports and adjust budgets by hand.
  8. Watch sessions, since extra ones are billed.

With DataCops

  1. Add one script and one DNS record.
  2. Connect each ad platform.
  3. Switch on the consent manager.
  4. Switch on Real people only.
  5. Connect HighLevel or your CRM webhook.

Then let the ads do the work. They learn from real people and real sales, so the budget moves itself.

AnyTrack gives you a better report on the ads. DataCops gives the ads better data.

Why people leave AnyTrack

AnyTrack does a lot well. People leave for reasons around the reports, not the reports themselves.

  • Bots go through. We found no bot verdict or filter on its site. A bot lead is sent like a real one.
  • The price jumps fast. Free is 5,000 sessions.
  • Consent is someone else's job. The tag can wait for consent, but the banner comes from another vendor.
  • No LinkedIn. Its six ad platforms do not include LinkedIn, which matters for B2B.
  • Agencies hit site caps. Advance, the top listed plan, covers 10 sites.
  • The reports are the product. If your sales close on a call, a report of form fills answers the wrong question.

Offline conversions: the sale the report never proves

Most businesses do not sell on the website. The website collects the lead. The money comes later, and that later moment is what your ads need to learn from. Here is what DataCops sends, by industry.

  4. The stage goes to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X.

Ads Warmup: tell the ads who pays

AnyTrack tells you which touchpoints led to revenue. It does not tell the ad platforms who your customers are, so new campaigns learn from scratch. The customers you already have are the best description of who to find.

Ads Warmup, DataCops' flagship feature, sends them to your ad platforms before a campaign spends:

  1. Upload a customer list. A CSV of past buyers, old leads or booked calls. DataCops reads your columns; only email is required.
  2. See a match score for every person. An estimate from 0 to 10 from email, phone, name, location, click ID and customer ID, before anything is sent.
  3. Pick the event. Purchase, Lead, Complete registration, Add to cart or Schedule.
  4. Send server-side. Up to 20,000 people per upload to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, with a sent, skipped or failed result per person. Google Ads credits only people who clicked a Google ad.

Each row is dated when you press send, not with the old sale date, so it gives a new campaign real customers to learn from on day one. Preview is free; sending needs a paid plan.

What else a reporting tool never does

  • Capture at the edge. With DNS on Cloudflare, the free, optional DataCops Cloudflare Worker reads click IDs and UTMs off the first request, before the page or any script runs. It captures; it does not block.
  • Keep the click on the server. gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid, ttclid and li_fat_id are stored for up to 90 days, so a deal that closes weeks later still finds its click. A signed server-set cookie lasts up to 400 days where enabled.
  • Check the lead's email. Fixed rules, not guesses: disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score. With LeadCops (Business and up), a lead that fails is held and never billed.
  • Install on Shopify. The DataCops Shopify app adds a web pixel and a theme app embed, so every paid order reaches your ads, express checkouts included. See Shopify Conversions API.
  • Hand evidence to Google. On the Organization plan, the fraud refund report exports bot-flagged Google Ads clicks in the format Google's Click Quality form asks for. You attach it; Google decides.

Meta health and wellness restrictions

If you advertise a clinic, a treatment or anything health related, Meta may restrict the events it accepts from you. What gets an account restricted is usually the data itself: a page link that names the treatment, an event called Book_Implant_Consult.

With AnyTrack, we did not find a mode that strips this for you. You clean up event names and page links yourself.

With DataCops, you switch on health mode. It sends only a short approved field list and blocks the rest. Page links are cut to the domain and event names go neutral, so Lead becomes L_1.

Read more on Meta health and wellness restrictions.

Setup, step by step, side by side

One tool where AnyTrack is one part

AnyTrack covers one job. Ad-funded businesses usually pay for four or five tools to get from a click to a clean conversion. DataCops runs that whole chain from one script on your own domain:

  • Consent. A banner built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard, Google Consent Mode v2 on by default, and a server check of the visitor's choice before every send.
  • Bots kept out. Every visit gets a verdict. Real people only, switched on per platform, keeps bot and datacenter conversions away from your ads.
  • Every platform, counted once. Conversions go server-side to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, with one event ID so the pixel and server copies count once.
  • The sale after the form. Booked, won and paid stages from HighLevel or any CRM go back to the ad click that started them.
  • A record of every send. The delivery log shows each conversion as sent, held, skipped or failed, with the reason.
  • Click fraud, on Organization. Repeat bot IPs are challenged or blocked at your Cloudflare edge, and flagged Google Ads clicks export as refund evidence for Google's Click Quality Form.

What to know before you switch

  • AnyTrack is a reporting tool. Its ROAS and multi-touch reports are its real strength. DataCops focuses on making the ads learn from clean, real conversions.
  • Other tools connect by webhook. Shopify has the DataCops Shopify app, HighLevel is native, and any other CRM or checkout posts to a private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n.
  • Real people only starts off. You switch it on per platform when you are ready.

Moving from AnyTrack to DataCops

  1. Add DataCops to your site. One script and one DNS record.
  2. Connect the same ad accounts, but send each conversion from one place only. Turn off that conversion in AnyTrack when DataCops takes it, so nothing counts twice.
  3. Connect your CRM (HighLevel or your webhook) to add booked, showed, won and paid.
  4. Compare for two weeks in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads: match quality, conversions, and what DataCops skipped as bots. Google Ads actions start as secondary, so bidding is untouched until you choose.
  5. Remove the AnyTrack tag and cancel when the numbers look right.

AnyTrack alternatives: FAQ

Can I warm up a new campaign with my existing customers?

Yes, with DataCops Ads Warmup. Upload a CSV of past buyers, old leads or booked calls (only email is required, up to 20,000 rows), see a match score from 0 to 10 for every person, and send them to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok as fresh signal, dated when you send. Google Ads credits only people who clicked a Google ad. Preview is free; sending needs a paid plan.

When should I keep AnyTrack instead of switching?

AnyTrack is a reporting tool. Its ROAS and multi-touch reports are its real strength. DataCops focuses on making the ads learn from clean, real conversions.

What is the best AnyTrack alternative?

DataCops. It replaces AnyTrack and the rest of the tracking stack in one tool: server-side conversions to 8 ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X), a bot verdict on every visit, a built-in consent banner, and booked, showed, won and paid from HighLevel or any CRM, matched to the ad click. If you mainly want attribution reports, Hyros or Cometly are the closest swaps.

Does AnyTrack send conversions to ad platforms?

Yes. AnyTrack sends conversions through each platform's Conversion API to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Taboola and Outbrain. The difference with DataCops is what gets sent: a bot verdict on every visit, a consent manager built in, and CRM stages like showed and won matched to the click.

Does AnyTrack filter bots?

We found no bot verdict or bot filter on its site. DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies, and with Real people only switched on for a platform, flagged visits are not sent to it. The switch is off by default.

Does AnyTrack work with HighLevel?

Yes. Its HighLevel integration collects forms, orders, invoices and pipeline opportunities and sends them to Google, Meta and TikTok, with the AnyTrack tag in your page head. DataCops installs once on your HighLevel agency, you pick the clients, and it sends lead, booked, showed, won with its value and paid. Cancelled, no-show and lost are never sent.

Does AnyTrack have a consent manager?

Its docs say the tag can wait for cookie consent before loading, which means you bring your own banner. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard, and website events wait for consent.

Which ad platforms does DataCops send to?

8 ad platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and X connect with one-click sign-in. Microsoft Ads, Reddit and Pinterest connect with an API key. Microsoft uses its UET Conversions API, which is a Microsoft pilot: ask your Microsoft account manager to turn it on.

Does DataCops have multi-touch attribution reports?

No. DataCops sends clean, complete conversions to the ads so their own bidding finds buyers. You get a click log in first-party analytics, clean traffic numbers and a per-row delivery log with the reason for every send.

Will switching change my Google Ads bidding?

Not by itself. The conversion actions DataCops creates in Google Ads start as secondary, so bidding does not change until you make one primary.
