Your Clients' Won Deals Never Reach Meta

Offline ConversionsOne Board, Every ClientHealth Mode For Clinics

Your clients close business in their CRM, so the ad platforms only ever learn about form fills. DataCops sends the stages that matter, booked, showed, won and paid, to Meta and Google Ads with the ad click attached. No hidden field in every form and no webhook per source. If your clients run on HighLevel, install once on your agency and pick the clients to connect.

For agencies

Offline conversions for every client, from one install

Offline conversions for agencies means your clients' bookings and sales, the ones that happen in their CRM after the form, go back to their ad accounts as conversions, matched to the ad click that brought each lead. The ads then learn from the leads that booked and paid, and those are the numbers your clients judge you on.

DataCops does it from one agency login. On HighLevel you install once and pick the clients, and each connected client's booked, showed, won and paid stages reach their Meta and Google Ads without a webhook, a hidden field or a workflow per client.

DataCops is offline conversion tracking for agencies: install once on HighLevel, pick the clients, and their booked, showed, won and paid stages reach Meta and Google Ads with the ad click attached.

The problem

The work grows with your client count

The campaign may be fine. What the ad platform learns from it usually is not.

Setup for each new client
A hidden field in every form
A workflow for each source
A webhook for each platform
Again for the next client

Every client is wired by hand

An account per client, their script on each site, a hidden field in every form, and a workflow with a webhook for each source you want tracked.

Events Meta received
Lead Received
Booked call Never seen
Deal won Never seen
The pixel stops at the form

And it still only covers forms

Appointments, pipeline stages and payments are left out, so the platform optimises towards people who filled a form, not people who booked and paid.

Monthly client report
Cost per lead Shown
Cost per booked call Not tracked
Cost per won deal Not tracked

So the client only sees cost per lead

Not cost per booked appointment, and not cost per won deal, which is the number they actually judge you on.

One install, then two steps per client

On HighLevel, install once on your agency and pick the sub-accounts to connect. Elsewhere you add each client once, and the stages arrive the same way.

Install DataCops from the HighLevel Marketplace on your agency and pick the clients, or add each client once.

  2. Step 02

    fbclid from Meta Kept
    gclid from Google Ads Kept
    ttclid from TikTok Kept

Paste one script in each client site head, so every ad click is kept.

  3. Step 03

    TikTok Sent once
    LinkedIn Sent once

Connect that client's Meta and Google Ads account.

  4. Step 04

    Booked call Reported
    Showed up Reported
    Won, with value Reported

Every stage arrives from then on, with nothing to wire.

Add a form or a pipeline tomorrow and it works without a change. A new client appears on your board with its own dashboard.

Andrew Forsyth

“15 minutes to get server-side tracking live. After 3 days failing with another app and a DIY server-side Google Tag Manager, that alone sold me. Then support jumped on a Google Meet with me on a Sunday afternoon to finish the job. Nothing else comes close.”

What arrives

Every client's stages, sent to their ads

When a connected client's HighLevel reports one of these stages, DataCops sends it to that client's Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn with the ad click attached. On Google Ads and LinkedIn, leads, won and paid go by default, and booked and showed go to a conversion action you map. Switch any stage off for a client.

  • Form or survey lead

Sent when a real form or survey is submitted.

  • Booked

    A new or confirmed appointment.

  • Showed

The appointment is marked as showed.

  • Won

The opportunity is won, with its value.

  • Paid

An invoice or order is paid.

  • Never sent

Cancelled appointments, no-shows and lost deals, so the ads never learn from them.

  • Captures click IDs at the network level, so fbclid and gclid still reach your CAPI feed after browsers strip them

Health and wellness

Meta sees the sale. Never the symptom.

Meta restricts health ads, and what gets an account restricted is usually the data itself. A browser pixel sends the page link and the form answers straight from the visitor and cannot take them back. Health mode sends a short approved list and blocks the rest.

In short

DataCops for agencies, in short

DataCops is offline conversion tracking for agencies: install once on HighLevel, pick the clients, and their booked, showed, won and paid stages reach Meta and Google Ads with the ad click attached, with a log of every send per client.

How DataCops does it

1

Install once, pick the clients

DataCops is a HighLevel Marketplace app, live since 25 September 2026. Install it once on the agency, pick the sub-accounts to connect, and unlink or add clients later. Agency plans start at $199 a month, with client limits of 15, 50 or 250.

2

The stages it sends

A real form or survey submission, booked, showed, won with its value, and paid invoice or order. Pipeline moves, cancellations, no-shows and lost deals send nothing, and each stage can be switched off.

3

The ad click attached

DataCops keeps each client's click on their own domain for up to 90 days, so HighLevel does not need a stored fbclid or GCLID. Stages go to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, and Google Ads gets click conversions with a hashed-data fallback. A purchase with an order ID is counted once on each platform, and a HighLevel won deal and its invoice count as one sale. A signed server-set cookie on each client domain lasts up to 400 days where enabled.

4

See it per client

The Clients board puts every client on one login, with an archive. For each contact, DataCops writes Last Event, Ad Platform, Ad Click and Last Sent back to HighLevel and adds a datacops-sent tag per stage. A click log shows each click from landed to sent.

5

Keep fake leads out, and start clients warm

Every visit gets a bot verdict against 360+ billion IPs and 350+ monitoring points, with a Real people only switch per platform, off by default. HighLevel events carry no bot flags. Every form email is checked for disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score, and LeadCops can hold a lead. Ads Warmup sends a new client's past customers (up to 20,000, with a 0 to 10 match score) to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.

6

Health clients, and proof for every send

Health mode keeps page links to the domain and event names neutral for Meta health restrictions. A delivery log row for every conversion shows sent, held, skipped or failed with the reason, so you can answer why last month dropped.

Best for: agencies running Meta and Google Ads for clinics, home services, coaches and other lead gen clients on HighLevel.

Free to start. See pricing.

When not to use DataCops

Your clients are not on HighLevel

Any CRM can post sales to DataCops by private webhook, but the one-install, pick-the-clients setup is for HighLevel.

You want one flat price for any number of clients

Agency plans have client limits of 15, 50 and 250.

Facebook lead forms are nearly all your leads

HighLevel's own Meta action covers contacts who came from a Facebook lead form, which may be enough for those accounts.

You need refunds sent back to the ads

A refund marks the row in DataCops. Meta and TikTok are never corrected.

FAQ

It sends the stages your clients close in their CRM to their ad accounts as real conversions: a form or survey lead, an appointment booked, the appointment showed, a deal won with its value, an invoice or order paid. Every client sits on one board in your agency account, and if your clients run on HighLevel you install once on your agency and pick the ones to connect. The ad platforms then optimise towards people who booked and paid instead of people who filled a form.

Send your first client's won deals to Meta

Install on your agency, pick one client, and see a won deal arrive with its ad click attached.
