The 5 best Tracify alternatives in 2026

Tracify tells you which ads worked. The question is whether your ads ever find out. We compared five Tracify alternatives on what reaches the ad platforms, bots, consent, CRM sales and price.

The short answer

Tracify reports what worked, to you. DataCops sends what worked to the ads, so they find more of it.

DataCops is a tool that makes the ads learn from real sales: it sends booked, showed, won and paid stages from your CRM back to your ad platforms, gives every visit a bot verdict with a Real people only switch per platform, warms up new campaigns with your existing customers, and logs every send. It is not an attribution report.

How DataCops does it:

  • The sale after the form. HighLevel natively (lead, booked, showed, won with value, paid), any CRM by webhook, Shopify through the DataCops Shopify app, all matched to the click by click ID or hashed email and phone, and sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Real people only. Every visit gets a bot verdict against 360+ billion IPs and 350+ monitoring points, with a Real people only switch per ad platform, off by default. Every form email is checked for disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score.
  • First-party collection, no extra tool. One script and one DNS record put collection on your own subdomain; with your DNS on Cloudflare, the free Worker reads the click at the edge before the page loads. Click IDs are kept on the server for up to 90 days.
  • Ads Warmup. Upload your existing customers (up to 20,000 rows), see a 0 to 10 match score per person, and send them to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok so new campaigns start warm.
  • Consent, memory and proof. A TCF 2.2 consent banner from your domain with Google Consent Mode v2 on by default, a server-set cookie up to 400 days where enabled, and a delivery log row for every send, counted once against the pixel.

Best for: ad-funded businesses whose sales close in a CRM or on a call: clinics, home services, agencies, B2B and lead gen.

The alternatives at a glance:

  • DataCops: best for anyone who wants the ad platforms to learn. Server-side conversions to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, bots kept out, consent built in, CRM stages included.
  • Triple Whale: best for Shopify brands that want attribution and a profit dashboard.
  • Northbeam: best for big DTC brands running multi-touch attribution.
  • Wicked Reports: best for subscription brands watching lifetime value.
  • Hyros: best for info products, coaching and call funnels.

Most people who search for a Tracify alternative start with the price. But price is not the real question.

The real question is who learns from your data. Every attribution tool list compares dashboards and models. None of them ask whether Meta, Google or TikTok ever get smarter. That is what this guide is about.

Who learns from your data?

Attribution tools are built for you. They collect the journey, stitch it across devices, and show you a better number than the ad manager does. That is useful. You make better budget calls.

But look at who is left out. Your ad platform. Meta's algorithm decides who sees your next ad, and it learns only from the conversions it receives. A dashboard that shows you the truth does not send that truth to Meta.

  • You learn, the ads do not. Tracify's Chrome extension shows its numbers inside the ad manager. That helps you read the numbers. We found no feed that sends those conversions back to the platforms.
  • Bots are still counted. If a bot fills your form or a fake checkout lands, the pixel still reports it. We found no bot filtering on Tracify's site.
  • The sale after the form is missing. Tracify is built on shop orders. A booked call or a won deal in your CRM never enters it.

Picture one lead. The pixel sees a form fill and tells Meta "lead". Two days later the lead books a call. A week later they show up, sign, and pay. An attribution tool can show you that journey on a chart. Meta still only knows about the form.

DataCops sends each step to the ads: booked, showed, won with its value, paid. Each one is matched to the original click. Now Meta can tell a lead who pays from a lead who ghosts, and it goes looking for more of the first kind. That is the whole difference in one sentence: the algorithm learns from buyers, not from forms.

For a pure Shopify store this edge is softer. Purchases already reach the ads through the platform's own pixel and apps. There the case for DataCops is bots kept out, consent handled, first-party capture on your own domain, and no dashboard to babysit.

And where Tracify is better, we say so. Its dashboards are richer. It runs multi-touch and incrementality models, and creative and influencer reports. If you want a marketing mix model or a creative scorecard, keep an attribution tool next to DataCops.

A better report makes you smarter. A better signal makes your ads smarter. Only one of them spends your budget.

The real difference: who gets the signal

Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.

Conversions go to the ads, not only to a report

Tracify reads your ad data in and shows its own view of it, including inside the ad managers through its extension. That is a reading tool.

DataCops is a sending tool. Conversions go server-side from your own subdomain to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, matched to the click, with the fields each platform wants. Google Ads actions are created as secondary, so nothing changes your bidding until you choose.

Every visit gets a verdict

We found no bot filtering on Tracify's site. Its attribution may give a bot's visit no credit, but the pixel on your site still tells Meta about the fake lead or order.

DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies (see click fraud protection). Turn on Real people only for Meta and flagged visits never reach Meta. It is off by default, so you choose where it applies. Once on, bots and datacenter traffic are blocked, and VPN, proxy and Tor blocking are optional.

The sale happens after the form

Tracify takes orders from Shopify by webhook and from custom shop systems. For a store, that is the sale. For a clinic, an agency or a B2B team, the money comes later, in a CRM, and we found no way to bring those stages in.

DataCops is built around that moment. Install it once on your HighLevel agency and pick the clients. Form leads, booked calls, show-ups, won deals with their value and paid invoices go to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, matched to the ad click. Any other CRM posts to a private webhook. Cancellations, no-shows and lost deals are never sent. Read more on offline conversions.

Consent: two different answers

Tracify says it can track consent-free and cookieless, using pseudonymised data, and it cites a consent-free certification. That is its stance, and it is a clear one.

DataCops takes the other road. It includes a first-party consent manager built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard. The cookie banner shows in Europe by default, Google Consent Mode v2 is on by default, and the server checks consent again before every send. If you send data to Meta or Google, you still need consent for that, whatever your attribution tool does.

You can see why each event was sent

Tracify shows you credit per channel and per creative. DataCops shows you the delivery: every conversion is a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it. When a client asks why Meta saw fewer leads last week, the answer is in the row.

Privacy and data deletion are built in

Tracify hosts on servers in Germany, which EU brands like. DataCops handles the requests side in one place. Visitors can ask for deletion through a form on your privacy page: they confirm by email, their session data is anonymised, and a status page shows what was done. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are acted on automatically. Click IDs, sessions and the click log are deleted after 90 days, and the identity store holds hashed emails and phones only. Google Ads deletions are still a manual step.

Tracify tells you which ad deserves the credit. DataCops makes sure the ad gets the lesson.

The real cost of a cheap tool

The rest shows up in the questions below. Answer them with your own numbers.

What is one hour of your team's time worth? $ / hour
1

How many hours will it take to build your Tracify dashboards plus a separate feed that sends conversions back to each ad platform before the first sale is tracked?

hours
With DataCopsAdd a script and a DNS record, connect your ad accounts. No container to build.
2

How many hours a month will someone spend keeping it working when Meta, Google or TikTok change something?

hours a month
With DataCopsPlatform changes are handled for you. Nothing to open, nothing to fix.
3

If a tag breaks quietly for a week, how many leads never reach your ads? And what is one lead worth to you?

leads×$ each
With DataCopsThe health view shows every event sent, and why, so a gap does not hide for a week.
4

How many sales a month close in your CRM that your ads never hear about?

sales a month
With DataCopsBooked, showed, won and paid go back to the ads, matched to the click, so they learn who buys.
Fill in your own numbers. Only you know what an hour and a lead are worth to your business.

The last question matters most. When the ads only see what the pixel sees, they learn from that. A report can show you the real buyers. It cannot make Meta go find more of them.

You can read the right number every morning and still watch the algorithm chase the wrong people.

Every feature, side by side

Every DataCops feature, against what Tracify offers for the same need.

1. DataCops: best Tracify alternative overall

Tracking, not attribution · 8 ad platforms

DataCops is the tracking solution for ad-funded businesses: it keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale that happens after the form to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X. It is the tracking layer an attribution tool sits on top of. It captures the click on your own domain, puts a bot verdict on the visit, checks consent, and sends the conversion to the ads. For lead-gen it adds the stages after the form. The ads then learn from real buyers, not from pixel guesses.

Why people switch to it

  • The ad platforms get the signal, not just you
  • Real people only keeps bots out of each platform
  • Booked, showed, won and paid from HighLevel or any CRM
  • Free to start, no demo call

Worth knowing

  • Built to improve the ads, not to model credit per channel
  • Real people only is off until you switch it on

Best for: businesses that want the algorithm to find more buyers, not a nicer chart of the ones they already have.

2. Triple Whale: best for Shopify profit dashboards

Attribution and analytics for Shopify brands · price not verified, check their site

Triple Whale is the closest swap if you like what Tracify does and want it with a profit view on top. It is built for Shopify brands that want attribution and store numbers in one place.

The catch is the same as Tracify's. It is a reporting tool. It helps you read your ads, so check what it sends back to the platforms before you assume the algorithm gets smarter.

Why people switch to it

  • Shopify first
  • Attribution plus a profit dashboard

Worth knowing

  • Still a dashboard someone has to read
  • Lead-gen and CRM stages are not its focus

Best for: Shopify brands that want a richer dashboard than Tracify.

3. Northbeam: best for big DTC brands

Multi-touch attribution

Northbeam is the heavy option. It suits large DTC brands with a data team and real budgets across many channels.

That price is three times Tracify's entry. You get deeper modelling. You do not get CRM stages or bot filtering on its pricing page.

Why people switch to it

  • Deep multi-touch attribution
  • Built for large ad budgets

Worth knowing

  • A tool for analysts, not a set-and-forget feed

Best for: brands that spend millions a year and have people to read the models.

4. Wicked Reports: best for subscription LTV

LTV and cohort attribution

Its angle is lifetime value and cohorts, which suits subscription brands where the first order is not the whole story.

It is still attribution. It tells you which ads bring buyers who stay. It does not replace the tracking that feeds the ads.

Why people switch to it

  • Lifetime value and cohorts
  • Price close to Tracify

Worth knowing

  • Tiers go up with your revenue
  • Reporting, not a feed to the ads

Best for: brands where repeat purchases decide profit.

5. Hyros: best for info products and call funnels

Attribution for info products, coaching and call funnels · price not verified, check their site

Hyros is popular with info-product sellers, coaches and anyone who sells on a call. That audience is closer to lead-gen than Tracify's shop-first focus.

If your sales close on a call and you run HighLevel, compare it with DataCops head to head. See our Hyros alternatives guide.

Why people switch to it

  • Built for call funnels and info products
  • Aimed beyond the shop order

Worth knowing

  • Price not public on a page we could open
  • Another dashboard to learn

Best for: course and coaching sellers who want attribution built for that.

When not to use DataCops

  • Tracify's German servers and consent-free pitch are its real strength. If a German data-protection officer chose Tracify for that reason, involve them early. DataCops asks for consent with a built-in banner, shown in Europe by default, and the server checks it again before every send.
  • You want an attribution dashboard. Reporting and modelling are what attribution tools are for. DataCops cleans and sends what goes into your ads; it is not a reporting layer.

What's your actual goal?

Nobody wants a dashboard for its own sake. You want five things:

  1. Capture every order and lead, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
  2. Send them to your ad platforms, so Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and the rest learn who buys.
  3. Include the sales that happen offline, on a call, in a store, in your CRM.
  4. Keep bots out, so the platforms do not learn from fake buyers.
  5. Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.

Tracify does the first one well and then reports on it. DataCops does all five. Here is the same goal, done both ways.

The traditional way, with Tracify

  1. Book a demo and agree the plan.
  2. Add the Tracify script and connect Shopify.
  3. Connect your ad accounts so spend flows in.
  4. Pick an attribution model and learn the dashboards.
  5. Install the Chrome extension to read numbers in each ad manager.
  6. Keep a separate setup to send conversions back to each ad platform.
  7. Handle bots, consent and CRM sales somewhere else.
  8. Check the dashboards every week and move budget by hand.

With DataCops

  1. Add one script and one DNS record.
  2. Connect each ad platform.
  3. Switch on the built-in cookie banner.
  4. Switch on Real people only.
  5. Connect HighLevel or your CRM webhook.

Then let the ads do the work. They receive every real conversion and find more people like your buyers.

Tracify helps you decide where the money goes. DataCops helps the money find buyers once it is there.

Why people leave Tracify

Tracify is a serious product with a real team behind it. People leave for reasons that sit next to the dashboard, not in it.

  • The ads do not get smarter. The numbers live in Tracify and its extension. The platforms keep learning from their own pixel.
  • Bots are not mentioned. We found no bot filtering on its site, so fake orders and junk leads can still reach the ads through the pixel.
  • It is shop-first. Lead-gen businesses with calls, bookings and a CRM find little for the sale after the form.
  • A dashboard needs a reader. Someone has to look every week and act on it. If nobody does, you paid for charts.

Offline conversions: the sale a shop tool never sees

Many businesses do not sell on the website. The website collects the lead. The money comes later, and that later moment is what your ads need to learn from. Here is what DataCops sends, by industry.

BusinessWhat the pixel seesWhat DataCops adds

  3. DataCops finds the original click for that lead.
  4. The stage goes to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, counted once, with a row in the delivery log.

Ads Warmup: tell the ads who pays

Tracify tells you which touchpoints led to revenue. It does not tell the ad platforms who your customers are, so new campaigns learn from scratch. The customers you already have are the best description of who to find.

Ads Warmup, DataCops' flagship feature, sends them to your ad platforms before a campaign spends:

  1. Upload a customer list. A CSV of past buyers, old leads or booked calls. DataCops reads your columns; only email is required.
  2. See a match score for every person. An estimate from 0 to 10 from email, phone, name, location, click ID and customer ID, before anything is sent.
  3. Pick the event. Purchase, Lead, Complete registration, Add to cart or Schedule.
  4. Send server-side. Up to 20,000 people per upload to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, with a sent, skipped or failed result per person. Google Ads credits only people who clicked a Google ad.

Each row is dated when you press send, not with the old sale date, so it gives a new campaign real customers to learn from on day one. Preview is free; sending needs a paid plan.

What else a reporting tool never does

  • Capture at the edge. With DNS on Cloudflare, the free, optional DataCops Cloudflare Worker reads click IDs and UTMs off the first request, before the page or any script runs. It captures; it does not block.
  • Keep the click on the server. gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid, ttclid and li_fat_id are stored for up to 90 days, so a deal that closes weeks later still finds its click. A signed server-set cookie lasts up to 400 days where enabled.
  • Check the lead's email. Fixed rules, not guesses: disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score. With LeadCops (Business and up), a lead that fails is held and never billed.
  • Install on Shopify. The DataCops Shopify app adds a web pixel and a theme app embed, so every paid order reaches your ads, express checkouts included. See Shopify Conversions API.
  • Hand evidence to Google. On the Organization plan, the fraud refund report exports bot-flagged Google Ads clicks in the format Google's Click Quality form asks for. You attach it; Google decides.

Meta health and wellness restrictions

If you advertise a clinic, a treatment, a supplement or anything health related, Meta may restrict the events it accepts from you. What usually gets an account restricted is the data itself: the page link names the treatment, the event is called Book_Implant_Consult, the form sends symptoms.

With Tracify, this is not its job. Tracify reports on your own dashboards, and we found no conversion feed to Meta on its site, so whatever pixel or CAPI setup you run next to it still carries the risk.

With DataCops, you switch on health mode. It sends only an approved list of fields and leaves the rest out. Page links are cut to the domain and event names go neutral, like L_1.

What to know before you switch

  • Tracify's German servers and consent-free pitch are its real strength. If a German data-protection officer chose Tracify for that reason, involve them early. DataCops asks for consent with a built-in banner, shown in Europe by default, and the server checks it again before every send.
  • The numbers move from the Chrome extension into the ad platforms. Tracify shows its numbers inside the ad managers. With DataCops, the ad platforms receive the purchases themselves, so Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Pinterest optimise on them, along with LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit and X.
  • Setup tip: keep your Shopify order IDs. Send each purchase with its order ID. DataCops uses it to count each sale once, even when the browser and the server both report it.

Moving from Tracify to DataCops

  1. Add DataCops. One script and one DNS record.
  2. Connect your ad accounts, and send each conversion from one place only, so nothing counts twice.
  3. Connect your CRM (HighLevel or your webhook) so booked, showed, won and paid reach the ads.
  4. Watch for a few weeks in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads: match quality, conversions and what DataCops skipped as bots.
  5. Cancel Tracify without losing tracking at renewal once your ads run on DataCops data.

Tracify alternatives: FAQ

Can I warm up a new campaign with my existing customers?

Yes, with DataCops Ads Warmup. Upload a CSV of past buyers, old leads or booked calls (only email is required, up to 20,000 rows), see a match score from 0 to 10 for every person, and send them to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok as fresh signal, dated when you send. Google Ads credits only people who clicked a Google ad. Preview is free; sending needs a paid plan.

When should I keep Tracify instead of switching?

Tracify's German servers and consent-free pitch are its real strength. If a German data-protection officer chose Tracify for that reason, involve them early. DataCops asks for consent with a built-in banner, shown in Europe by default, and the server checks it again before every send.

What is the best Tracify alternative?

DataCops, because it replaces Tracify and the rest of the tracking stack in one tool: server-side tracking from your own subdomain, a built-in cookie banner, a bot verdict on every visit, click fraud protection, and CRM stages like booked, showed, won and paid sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, matched to the click. Free up to 2,000 sessions, no demo needed.

Does Tracify send conversions back to Meta and Google Ads?

Tracify pulls ad data in and shows its own numbers inside the ad managers through a Chrome extension. We did not find a server-side conversion feed back to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest or X on its site. Ask them on the demo call if that matters to you. DataCops sends every conversion to all eight and logs each one.

Is Tracify an attribution tool or a tracking tool?

Mainly attribution. It stitches each journey across channels and devices and gives credit with models like first click, last click, linear, U-shape and its AI model. DataCops is a tracking tool: it captures the click and the sale and sends them to the ads, so the algorithm itself gets better.

Does Tracify filter bots?

We found no bot filtering on its site. DataCops puts a verdict on every visit (bots, datacenter, VPN, proxy) and, with Real people only switched on for a platform, keeps those visits out of it. The switch is off by default. Once on, bots and datacenter traffic are blocked, and VPN, proxy and Tor blocking are optional.

Does Tracify need cookie consent?

Tracify says it can track consent-free and cookieless with pseudonymised data, and cites a consent-free certification. DataCops takes the other road: it includes a first-party consent manager built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard. The cookie banner shows in Europe by default, Google Consent Mode v2 is on by default, and the server checks consent again before every send.

Can I track booked calls and won deals with Tracify?

Tracify is built around shop orders, mainly from Shopify. We found no CRM stages like booked, showed or won. DataCops is native on HighLevel and takes any other CRM by private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n.

Which ad platforms does DataCops send to?

Eight: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and X connect with one click. Microsoft Ads, Reddit and Pinterest connect with an API key. Microsoft uses its UET Conversions API, a Microsoft pilot your account manager enables.
