The 5 best E-HAWK alternatives in 2026

E-HAWK is a strong fraud score for each lead. The question is what happens after the score, because your ads have usually learned from the lead by then. We compared five E-HAWK alternatives on fake leads, bots, ad signal, CRM sales and price.

The short answer

E-HAWK tells you a lead looks risky. DataCops stops the fake lead at the form and keeps it out of what your ads learn from.

DataCops is a tool for the ad side of signup fraud: it gives every visit a bot verdict, checks each signup email, keeps flagged signups from reaching your ad platforms, sends the real sale back to the click, and lets you warm up new campaigns with your existing customers.

How DataCops does it:

  • Real people only. Every visit gets a bot verdict against 360+ billion IPs and 350+ monitoring points, with a Real people only switch per ad platform, off by default. Every form email is checked for disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score.
  • The sale after the form. HighLevel natively (lead, booked, showed, won with value, paid), any CRM by webhook, Shopify through the DataCops Shopify app, all matched to the click by click ID or hashed email and phone, and sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Ads Warmup. Upload your existing customers (up to 20,000 rows), see a 0 to 10 match score per person, and send them to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok so new campaigns start warm.
  • First-party collection, no extra tool. One script and one DNS record put collection on your own subdomain; with your DNS on Cloudflare, the free Worker reads the click at the edge before the page loads. Click IDs are kept on the server for up to 90 days.
  • Consent, memory and proof. A TCF 2.2 consent banner from your domain with Google Consent Mode v2 on by default, a server-set cookie up to 400 days where enabled, and a delivery log row for every send, counted once against the pixel.

Best for: ad-funded SaaS and lead gen teams, agencies, and anyone whose signups come from paid campaigns and whose fakes are polluting the ads.

The alternatives at a glance:

  • DataCops: best overall if fake leads are hurting your ads. LeadCops form, Real people only per ad platform, and CRM stages sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X.
  • IPQualityScore: best fraud API with a free tier and public prices.
  • Anura: best for big ad budgets that need a fraud audit.
  • TrustedForm: best for lead gen that needs consent proof.
  • ClickCease: best for blocking click fraud on paid search.

Most people look at E-HAWK because fake leads are filling their forms. That is the right worry. But a fraud score answers only half of it. The other half is what your ad platforms already learned from those leads before anyone read the score.

Every E-HAWK alternatives list compares test counts and API speed. None of them ask where the fake lead goes next. That is what this guide is about.

A score is not a fix

Validation tools check that an email or phone exists. That does not tell you whether a person or a bot filled the form. And while you wait for the score, the ad pixel has already fired. Meta or Google counts the fake lead as a conversion and goes looking for more people like it.

E-HAWK gives you a number and the reasons. Acting on it is your job: route it in your CRM, build the reject rules, and remember that the ad platform never hears about any of it.

LeadCops is the DataCops lead form with verification built in. You build it in DataCops and add it to any page with two lines of code. It rejects fake leads with email rules (throwaway providers, domains that cannot receive mail) and a risk score. It can hold each lead's ad conversion until your CRM confirms the lead. And Real people only keeps flagged visits out of each ad platform you pick.

Think of it as three questions about every lead. A validation tool answers only the first.

The questionA validation scoreDataCops with LeadCops
Does this email or phone exist?Yes, in depthEmail rules: throwaway providers and domains that cannot receive mail are rejected
Did a person or a bot fill the form?Partly, from IP and device checksA bot verdict on every visit, plus a risk score at the form
Do my ads learn from this lead? Not answered. The pixel already firedOnly if the visit passed Real people only, and only once your CRM confirms the lead, if you choose

The third question is the expensive one. A fake lead in your CRM wastes one call. A fake lead in your ads teaches Meta or Google to buy more of them.

E-HAWK scores the lead. DataCops decides whether your ads ever see it.

The real difference: what your ads learn from

Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.

The form rejects fake leads itself

With E-HAWK you send form data to an API and get a score back. Your code decides what to do with it.

With LeadCops the check is inside the form. Build it in DataCops, paste two lines on any page, and throwaway emails, domains that cannot receive mail and high-risk submissions are rejected before they become a lead.

Bots stay out of each ad platform

E-HAWK's IP checks find bots, proxies and TOR. Good. But the result lives in your systems, not in Meta's.

DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies, and turns it into one switch per ad platform (see click fraud protection). Turn on Real people only for Meta and flagged visits never reach Meta. It is off by default. When on, it keeps about 99% of bots out.

The conversion waits for the CRM

Some fake leads look real to every check. The only proof is what happens next. LeadCops can hold each lead's ad conversion until your CRM confirms the lead, so a lead your team marks as junk never teaches your ads.

After that, the real stages flow. Install DataCops once on your HighLevel agency and pick the clients. Leads, booked calls, show-ups, won deals with their value and paid invoices go to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X. Any other CRM posts to a private webhook. Cancellations, no-shows and lost deals are never sent.

Tracking is included, not bought separately

E-HAWK does not track conversions. You still need something to get leads to your ads past ad blockers and Safari. DataCops is that too: server-side from your own subdomain, click IDs kept 90 days, visitors remembered up to 400 days (with consent in the EU), and a click log in first-party analytics.

Consent and deletion are built in

We found no consent tools on E-HAWK's site. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard. Google Consent Mode v2 is on by default, the banner shows in Europe by default, and the server checks consent again before every send. Visitors can ask for deletion through a self-serve form, confirmed by email, with a status page. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are handled automatically. Google Ads deletions are still manual. The identity store holds hashed email and phone only.

You can see why each lead was sent

DataCops writes every conversion as a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it. When a client asks why a lead never reached Meta, the answer is in the log. Each lead carries one event ID, so the browser and server copies are counted once.

On the Organization plan, two more tools work on paid clicks. Cloudflare edge blocking stops flagged traffic before it loads your page, and Google refund evidence exports the last 60 days of invalid clicks as a CSV for Google's Click Quality Form. Google decides the refund.

E-HAWK tells you who to distrust. DataCops makes sure your ads never trust them either.

The real cost of a quote-only tool

E-HAWK has no public price. You email sales with your volume. But the quote is only one line. The real cost is in the questions nobody asks before they buy. Answer them with your own numbers.

The last question matters most. If the fake lead still reaches your ads as a conversion, the platform learns from it. Lead quality drops, cost per sale climbs, and the score in your CRM does nothing to fix it.

A fake lead costs you twice: once when you pay for the click, and again when your ads learn from it.

1. DataCops: best E-HAWK alternative overall

Tracking + LeadCops · 8 ad platforms

DataCops is the tracking solution for ad-funded businesses: it keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale that happens after the form to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X. LeadCops rejects fake leads at the form. Real people only keeps bots out of each ad platform. Conversions go server-side from your own domain and your CRM stages follow.

Why people switch to it

  • Fake leads stopped at the form, two lines of code
  • Bots kept out of what your ads learn
  • Booked, showed, won and paid from your CRM
  • Public prices and a free plan

Worth knowing

  • Real people only is off until you switch it on
  • Edge blocking and refund evidence are on Organization

Best for: teams that want fake leads out of their ads, not just flagged in their CRM.

2. IPQualityScore: best fraud API with public prices

IP, email and phone fraud API

IPQS does the same kind of job as E-HAWK: an API that scores IPs, emails and phones. The difference is that you can see the price and start free.

The catch is the same too. It is a score you act on in your own code. Your ads still learn from whatever gets through.

Why people switch to it

  • Free tier
  • Public prices

Worth knowing

  • Still a developer job
  • Nothing sent to your ad platforms

Best for: teams that want an E-HAWK style API they can try today.

3. Anura: best for big ad budgets

Ad fraud detection · 15-day trial, free traffic audit

Anura focuses on ad fraud across your traffic, with a free audit to show how much is fake. It is priced for large budgets.

For a clinic or small agency, the size is the problem. And like E-HAWK, it detects. Feeding clean data back to your ads is still your job.

Why people switch to it

  • Free traffic audit
  • Built for large ad spend

Worth knowing

  • Custom pricing only
  • Too big for small teams

4. TrustedForm: best for consent proof

By ActiveProspect

TrustedForm records proof that a real person filled a form and gave consent. For lead sellers and anyone under TCPA rules, that proof is the product.

It is not a tracking tool. It will not keep fake leads out of your ads or send your CRM sales back.

Why people switch to it

  • Consent proof per lead
  • Free to certify

Worth knowing

  • Proof, not blocking
  • No ad platform sending

Best for: teams that buy or sell leads and need consent proof.

5. ClickCease: best for paid search click fraud

By CHEQ · 7-day trial

ClickCease blocks fraudulent clicks on Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Ads, and has a HubSpot lead shield. It protects the click, where E-HAWK protects the lead.

It does not send your conversions or CRM stages, so what your ads learn from still depends on your tracking.

Why people switch to it

  • Public prices, low entry
  • Covers Microsoft Ads

Worth knowing

  • Clicks, not leads
  • No conversion sending

Best for: teams where wasted paid search clicks are the main leak.

How to choose an E-HAWK alternative

  1. Ask where the damage is. If fake leads waste your team's time, a score helps. If they poison your ads, you need them kept out of the ad signal.
  2. Check your volume. E-HAWK is built for high-volume sites. Smaller teams may want public prices.
  3. Check who acts on the score. An API needs a developer. A form with checks built in does not.
  4. Check where sales close. If they close in a CRM, send those stages back to your ads.

Pick DataCops if

  • Fake leads are teaching your Meta or Google ads to find more fakes.
  • You want a form that rejects fakes without writing code.
  • Your sales close later in HighLevel or another CRM.

When not to use DataCops

  • E-HAWK keeps the deeper vetting. Its risk score draws on SSN checks, community fraudster data, domain age and repeats, and it also checks logins and account updates. If you vet identities for compliance or lending, keep E-HAWK on that step.
  • You need to judge accounts inside your product. Account takeover, payment fraud, multi-accounting and manual review are what fraud and identity tools are built for. DataCops does none of that.
  • You do not run paid ads. If fakes are not reaching an ad platform, an account-fraud tool alone may be all you need.

What's your actual goal?

Nobody wants a risk score for its own sake. You want five things:

  1. Keep fake leads out of your forms, so your team stops calling bots.
  2. Keep fake leads out of your ads, so Meta and Google stop finding more of them.
  3. Capture every real lead and sale, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
  4. Send the sales that happen later, booked, showed, won and paid, back to your ads.
  5. Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.

E-HAWK does part of the first one, very well. DataCops is the whole tracking chain, and fake lead blocking is one part of it. Here is the same goal, done both ways.

The traditional way, with E-HAWK

  1. Email sales and agree a plan by usage.
  2. Call the Vetting API from your form or backend.
  3. Set score bands for reject, review and pass.
  4. Build the routing in your CRM for each band.
  5. Keep your ad pixel, which already counted the lead.
  6. Buy a server-side tracking tool for lost conversions.
  7. Buy a consent banner and wire it in.
  8. Build CRM-to-ad uploads for offline sales.

With DataCops

  1. Add one script and one DNS record.
  2. Build a LeadCops form and add it with two lines.
  3. Connect each ad platform with one click.
  4. Switch on Real people only.
  5. Switch on the consent manager.
  6. Connect HighLevel or your CRM webhook.

Then run your business. Fake leads are rejected, bots stay out of the ads, and real sales flow back.

E-HAWK sells you a smoke alarm. DataCops also keeps the smoke out of your ads.

Why people leave E-HAWK

E-HAWK does its job well. People leave for reasons around the score, not in it.

  • No public price. You email sales before you know what it costs. Phone checks are paid add-ons.
  • It is built for high volume. Its own pricing page says it is ideal for high volume web sites. A clinic or small agency may not fit.
  • The score needs a developer. It is an API. Someone has to call it and act on the result.
  • The ads still learn from the fake lead. We found nothing on its site about ad platforms or conversion sending.
  • The sale never enters the picture. Booked calls and won deals happen in your CRM. A lead score says nothing about them.

Offline conversions: the proof a score cannot give

The best proof a lead was real is that it booked, showed up or paid. That happens in your CRM, days later. Here is what DataCops sends, by industry.

Ads Warmup: tell the ads who pays

E-HAWK scores accounts and visitors inside your product. It does not tell the ad platforms which people are real customers, so new campaigns learn from scratch. The customers you already have are the best description of who to find.

Ads Warmup, DataCops' flagship feature, sends them to your ad platforms before a campaign spends:

  1. Upload a customer list. A CSV of past buyers, old leads or booked calls. DataCops reads your columns; only email is required.
  2. See a match score for every person. An estimate from 0 to 10 from email, phone, name, location, click ID and customer ID, before anything is sent.
  3. Pick the event. Purchase, Lead, Complete registration, Add to cart or Schedule.
  4. Send server-side. Up to 20,000 people per upload to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, with a sent, skipped or failed result per person. Google Ads credits only people who clicked a Google ad.

Each row is dated when you press send, not with the old sale date, so it gives a new campaign real customers to learn from on day one. Preview is free; sending needs a paid plan.

What else a fraud API never does

  • Capture at the edge. With DNS on Cloudflare, the free, optional DataCops Cloudflare Worker reads click IDs and UTMs off the first request, before the page or any script runs. It captures; it does not block.
  • Keep the click on the server. gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid, ttclid and li_fat_id are stored for up to 90 days, so a deal that closes weeks later still finds its click. A signed server-set cookie lasts up to 400 days where enabled.
  • Check the lead's email. Fixed rules, not guesses: disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score. With LeadCops (Business and up), a lead that fails is held and never billed.
  • Install on Shopify. The DataCops Shopify app adds a web pixel and a theme app embed, so every paid order reaches your ads, express checkouts included. See Shopify Conversions API.
  • Hand evidence to Google. On the Organization plan, the fraud refund report exports bot-flagged Google Ads clicks in the format Google's Click Quality form asks for. You attach it; Google decides.

Meta health restrictions

Clinics, med spas and therapists often get fake leads and Meta health limits at the same time. A fraud score does nothing for the second problem.

DataCops has a health mode. It sends Meta only an approved list of fields, cuts page links down to your domain, and uses neutral event names like L_1. Your ads keep learning without sending anything Meta restricts.

"15 minutes to get server-side tracking live. After 3 days failing with another app and a DIY server-side Google Tag Manager, that alone sold me. Then support jumped on a Google Meet with me on a Sunday afternoon to finish the job."

What to know before you switch

  • E-HAWK keeps the deeper vetting. Its risk score draws on SSN checks, community fraudster data, domain age and repeats, and it also checks logins and account updates. If you vet identities for compliance or lending, keep E-HAWK on that step.
  • The score turns into a switch. On E-HAWK your team sets Reject, Review and Pass bands and wires each one up. On DataCops the verdict acts per ad platform through Real people only (off by default), and LeadCops rejects fake leads at the form itself.
  • Ask for your usage numbers first. E-HAWK prices by signups or API calls through sales. Pull your monthly lead volume before you compare, then run DataCops on the Free plan (2,000 sessions) beside it to see what each one catches.

Moving from E-HAWK

  1. Add DataCops next to E-HAWK. One script and one DNS record. Leave your API calls running.
  2. Swap one form for LeadCops and compare how many leads each side rejects.
  3. Switch on Real people only for Meta and Google Ads and watch what gets skipped in the delivery log.
  4. Connect your CRM (HighLevel or your webhook) so confirmed leads and sales reach your ads.
  5. Decide on E-HAWK after a few weeks. Keep it if you need its depth, drop it if you do not.

E-HAWK alternatives: FAQ

Can I warm up a new campaign with my existing customers?

Yes, with DataCops Ads Warmup. Upload a CSV of past buyers, old leads or booked calls (only email is required, up to 20,000 rows), see a match score from 0 to 10 for every person, and send them to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok as fresh signal, dated when you send. Google Ads credits only people who clicked a Google ad. Preview is free; sending needs a paid plan.

When should I keep E-HAWK instead of switching?

E-HAWK keeps the deeper vetting. Its risk score draws on SSN checks, community fraudster data, domain age and repeats, and it also checks logins and account updates. If you vet identities for compliance or lending, keep E-HAWK on that step.

What is the best E-HAWK alternative?

DataCops, for most ad-funded businesses. It replaces E-HAWK and the rest of the stack: one script, a bot verdict on every visit, a built-in consent manager, server-side sends to 8 ad platforms, and your CRM sales matched to the ad click. Other picks depend on the job. If you want another fraud scoring API, IPQualityScore has a free tier and public prices. If your real problem is that fake leads still teach your ads, DataCops is the tracking solution: LeadCops rejects fake leads at the form, Real people only keeps bots out of each ad platform, and your CRM stages go to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X.

What does E-HAWK check?

Its site lists IP checks (bots, proxies, TOR, blocklists), email (disposable, mail server, reputation, age), domain age, phone, names, location distances, how often the same details repeat, the device, SSN and a shared fraudster database. It returns one risk score with the reasons.

Does E-HAWK send conversions to Meta or Google Ads?

We found nothing on its site about ad platforms or conversion sending. It scores the lead and you act on the score in your own systems. DataCops sends conversions to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, and can keep flagged visits out of each one.

What is LeadCops?

LeadCops is the DataCops lead form with verification built in. You build the form in DataCops and add it to any page with two lines of code. It rejects fake leads with email rules (throwaway providers, domains that cannot receive mail) and a risk score, and can hold each lead's ad conversion until your CRM confirms the lead.

Does DataCops validate emails and phone numbers like E-HAWK?

Not to the same depth. LeadCops rejects throwaway email providers and domains that cannot receive mail, and every visit gets a bot verdict. E-HAWK runs far deeper checks on each field, including phone line type, name and SSN. If you need that depth, E-HAWK wins.

Why is a validated lead not enough for my ads?

A validation check tells you an email exists. It does not tell you whether a person or a bot typed it, and by the time you read the score the ad pixel has usually already counted the lead as a conversion. The platform then looks for more people like it.

Does DataCops use device identification?

No. DataCops gives each visit a bot verdict (bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies) and sets a first-party cookie from your own subdomain. E-HAWK says its Talon JavaScript device identifiers the device.

Which ad platforms does DataCops send to?

Eight: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and X connect with one click. Microsoft Ads, Reddit and Pinterest connect with an API key. Microsoft Ads uses its UET Conversions API, which Microsoft runs as a pilot, so ask your Microsoft account manager to turn it on.
