The 5 best TrackBee alternatives in 2026

TrackBee sends your Shopify orders to your ads from a server. That is one link in the chain. We compared five TrackBee alternatives on what else your ads need: bots kept out, consent, offline sales and price.

The short answer

TrackBee gets your Shopify orders to your ads. DataCops does that too, and also decides which visits deserve to be sent, checks consent, and tells you why each event went.

DataCops is a tool that does the ad-conversion job without a container, warehouse or plugin: one script and one DNS record on your own domain, a bot verdict on every visit with a Real people only switch per ad platform, the real sale from your CRM or Shopify sent back to your ads, new campaigns warmed up with the customers you already have, and a log of every send.

How DataCops does it:

  • First-party collection, no extra tool. One script and one DNS record put collection on your own subdomain; with your DNS on Cloudflare, the free Worker reads the click at the edge before the page loads. Click IDs are kept on the server for up to 90 days.
  • Real people only. Every visit gets a bot verdict against 360+ billion IPs and 350+ monitoring points, with a Real people only switch per ad platform, off by default. Every form email is checked for disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score.
  • The sale after the form. HighLevel natively (lead, booked, showed, won with value, paid), any CRM by webhook, Shopify through the DataCops Shopify app, all matched to the click by click ID or hashed email and phone, and sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Ads Warmup. Upload your existing customers (up to 20,000 rows), see a 0 to 10 match score per person, and send them to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok so new campaigns start warm.
  • Consent, memory and proof. A TCF 2.2 consent banner from your domain with Google Consent Mode v2 on by default, a server-set cookie up to 400 days where enabled, and a delivery log row for every send, counted once against the pixel.

Best for: teams who want better ad conversions without building or maintaining the pipe: lead gen, ecommerce, clinics, home services, B2B and agencies.

The alternatives at a glance:

  • DataCops: best overall if you want the whole tracking job done. Server-side Shopify orders to eight ad platforms, a bot verdict on every visit, a consent manager built in, and a delivery log.
  • Elevar: best for large Shopify brands that want GTM-based tracking with an expert team.
  • Littledata: best for fixing GA4 and ad data with no code, paid per order.
  • Analyzify: best for a done-for-you GA4 and GTM setup.
  • Triple Whale: best if you want an analytics dashboard more than a tracking fix.

Most people who search for a TrackBee alternative start with the bill. TrackBee charges by tracked revenue, so a good month costs more. That is a fair reason. But it is not the biggest one.

Every Shopify tracking app promises the same thing: recover the events your pixel misses. None of them ask whether those events should be sent at all. A bot that adds to cart is recovered too.

Is a Shopify tracking app enough?

A Shopify tracking app solves one problem: the browser pixel misses sales. It sends the order from the server instead. That is real, and TrackBee does it well.

But the order is only one link in the chain. Before it, a visit happened, and some visits are bots. Around it, a visitor did or did not give consent. After it, some stores close the real sale on the phone or on credit. And when a number looks wrong, somebody has to find out why.

A tracking app covers the order. DataCops covers the chain:

  • The order, server-side. The DataCops Shopify app sends every paid order from Shopify's own order webhook, Shop Pay and Apple Pay included, counted once.
  • The visit, checked. Every visit gets a bot verdict. Switch on Real people only per platform.
  • The consent, built in. A consent manager built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard, from your own domain.
  • The sale off the site. Phone and credit sales by webhook, matched to the ad click by click ID or hashed email and phone.
  • The reason, written down. A row per platform for every event: sent, held, skipped or failed.

Here is the honest part. On the order itself, a good Shopify tracking app and DataCops do the same work. Both send the paid order from a server, so ad blockers and Safari do not hide it. The difference is everything around the order.

The gap shows up the day something looks wrong. Meta reports a jump in add to carts, but sales stay flat. Was it bots? Was consent missing? Did the event fail? A tracking app that only sends may not have the answer. DataCops keeps the answer next to every event. See Shopify CAPI for how the store side works.

Recovering more events is only good if they are real. Otherwise you are recovering bots.

The real difference: what goes to your ads

Here is what that means in practice, one job at a time.

Orders sent from the server, both ways

This part is a draw. TrackBee pulls conversions from Shopify's servers. The DataCops Shopify app listens to Shopify's paid order webhook, so express checkouts are included, and its Web Pixel reports cart and checkout steps. Both carry an order ID, so the order is counted once.

Every visit gets a verdict

We found no bot filter on TrackBee's home or pricing page. Its pitch is recovering more events, and that includes the ones bots trigger.

DataCops checks every visit for bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs and proxies (see click fraud protection). Turn on Real people only for Meta and flagged visits never reach Meta. It is off by default, so you choose where it applies. Once it is on, bots and datacenter traffic are blocked, and VPN, proxy and Tor blocking are optional. On the Organization plan, repeat bot IPs are pushed to your Cloudflare and challenged at the edge, and flagged Google Ads clicks export as refund evidence.

Consent is built in

We found no consent manager of TrackBee's own. You use Shopify's banner or buy one. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard, served from your own domain. The cookie banner shows in Europe by default, Google Consent Mode v2 is on by default, and the server checks consent again before every send.

You can see why each event was sent

DataCops writes every conversion as a row per platform (sent, held, skipped or failed) with the reason next to it. When Meta shows fewer sales than Shopify, you open the row instead of guessing. We found no such log on TrackBee's site.

Not only Shopify

TrackBee is built for Shopify. DataCops installs on any site with one script and one DNS record, and on Shopify through its app. A brand with a store, a lead page and a booking site runs all three from one login.

Privacy and data deletion are built in

Visitors can ask for their data to be deleted through a form on your privacy page: they confirm by email, their session data is anonymised, and a status page shows what was done. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are acted on automatically. Click IDs, sessions and the click log are deleted after 90 days. Google Ads deletions are still a manual step. We found none of this on TrackBee's home or pricing page.

TrackBee tells your ads a sale happened. DataCops tells you whether it should have been sent.

The real cost of a cheap tool

The real cost is in the questions nobody asks before they buy. Answer them with your own numbers.

What is one hour of your team's time worth? $ / hour
1

How many hours will it take to build your consent banner, bot rules and deletion requests before the first sale is tracked?

2

3

If a tag breaks quietly for a week, how many leads never reach your ads? And what is one lead worth to you?

Fill in your own numbers. Only you know what an hour and a lead are worth to your business.

The last question matters most. When your ads learn from bot carts and bot checkouts, they go and find more of them. Cost per sale climbs, and nothing in the dashboard tells you why.

Tracking that sends bots costs more than its invoice. The rest shows up in your ad spend.

1. DataCops: best TrackBee alternative overall

Replaces the tracking stack · Shopify app or any site · 8 ad platforms

DataCops replaces TrackBee and the stack around it: server-side tracking, a built-in cookie banner, bot filtering, click fraud protection and CRM sales sent back to the ads. It keeps bots out of what your ads learn from and sends the sale to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X.

On the basics, DataCops does what TrackBee does: paid orders go to your ads from Shopify's server, express checkouts included, counted once. The difference is everything around the order. Every visit gets a bot verdict. Consent is checked by a built-in manager. Sales that close on the phone come in by webhook. And every event has a row that says what happened and why.

Why people switch to it

  • Real people only keeps bots out of each platform
  • Consent manager included
  • Works on Shopify and every other site
  • Priced by visits, not by revenue

Worth knowing

  • Built to improve the ads, not to be a Shopify reporting suite
  • Real people only is off until you switch it on

Best for: anyone who wants the whole tracking job done, not one link of it.

2. Elevar: best for large brands on GTM

Shopify · GTM-based server-side tracking · priced by orders

Elevar is the established name for big Shopify stores. It builds on Google Tag Manager, so it reaches almost any destination, and it has an expert team behind it. It prices by monthly orders. Check the current plans on its own site; we could not confirm them there.

The catch is GTM. You get power and you get a container, with the upkeep that comes with it.

Why people switch to it

  • Many destinations
  • Expert support

Worth knowing

  • GTM knowledge helps
  • Bills climb with order volume

Best for: large brands with a GTM person.

3. Littledata: best for GA4 fixed with no code

Shopify

Littledata fixes GA4 and ad platform data for Shopify with no code. Flex has no minimum, so small stores pay only for orders. It has a 30-day trial, 20% off yearly, and bills through Shopify. Read our Littledata alternatives guide for more.

Why people switch to it

  • Strong GA4 data
  • Pay per order, no minimum

Worth knowing

  • Per-order pricing adds up as you grow
  • No bot switch listed

Best for: stores where GA4 accuracy is the main worry.

4. Analyzify: best for a done-for-you setup

Shopify

Analyzify sets up GA4, GTM and server-side tracking for you. There is no free trial. See our Analyzify alternatives guide.

Why people switch to it

  • Someone else builds it
  • Price locked for 2 years

Worth knowing

  • No free trial
  • Still a GTM setup underneath

Best for: stores that want experts to build a GA4 and GTM setup for them.

5. Triple Whale: best for analytics dashboards

Shopify-first analytics · priced by store revenue

Triple Whale is an analytics platform first: attribution, profit and dashboards for Shopify brands, with its own pixel. Its pricing page did not load for us, so check the current plans on its site. Read our Triple Whale alternatives guide.

Why people switch to it

  • Rich reporting
  • Built for Shopify brands

Worth knowing

  • A dashboard, not a bot filter or consent manager
  • Bill grows with revenue

Best for: stores that want reports more than a tracking fix.

When not to use DataCops

  • A Shopify store with simple needs. A store tracking app built for Shopify may be all you need if you have one or two ad platforms, no CRM sales and no bot problem.
  • You want Klaviyo orders to stay where they are. Orders and the catalog keep coming from Shopify's own Klaviyo app whichever tracking tool you choose. DataCops runs alongside it.
  • You need custom tag logic or non-ad destinations. DataCops sends to ad platforms. If you feed other tools from a server container or pipeline, keep it for those.

What's your actual goal?

Nobody wants a tracking app for its own sake. You want five things:

  1. Capture every sale, including the ones ad blockers and Safari hide.
  2. Send them to your ad platforms, so Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and the rest learn who buys.
  3. Keep bots out, so the platforms do not learn from fake shoppers.
  4. Stay compliant, with consent checked and data deleted on request.
  5. Know why a number moved, without opening a support ticket.

TrackBee does the first two. DataCops does all five. Here is the same goal, done both ways.

The traditional way, with TrackBee

  1. Install the TrackBee app on your store.
  2. Connect your ad accounts.
  3. Add a consent banner from Shopify or another vendor.
  4. Hope bot traffic is small, since every event is sent.
  5. Handle deletion requests yourself.
  6. Send phone and credit sales by hand, if at all.
  7. Watch the bill grow as revenue grows.

With DataCops

  1. Install the DataCops Shopify app.
  2. Connect your ad platforms: one click for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn, an API key for the rest.
  3. Switch on the built-in cookie banner.
  4. Switch on Real people only.
  5. Point your CRM at a webhook for off-site sales.

Then run your store. Deduplication and the delivery log are handled for you. Deletion requests from Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn are too; Google Ads deletions are still a manual step.

TrackBee recovers the order. DataCops makes sure the order is real, allowed and explained.

Why people leave TrackBee

TrackBee does its core job well. People leave for reasons around it.

  • Shopify only. A landing page, a lead site or a second brand on another platform needs another tool.
  • No bot filter listed. Every recovered event goes to the ads, real or not.
  • No consent manager listed. You bring your own banner.
  • No reason per event. We found no per-row log that says why an event was sent or skipped.

Sales that close off the site

Many stores sell some orders on the phone, by invoice or on credit. The checkout was started online. The money came later, somewhere a Shopify app does not look.

Ads Warmup: tell the ads who pays

TrackBee forwards what your site or store produces. A new ad account, pixel or campaign has nothing yet, so it pays to learn from scratch. That is a job a pipe cannot do, because the customers you already have never visit on command.

Ads Warmup, DataCops' flagship feature, sends them to your ad platforms before a campaign spends:

  1. Upload a customer list. A CSV of past buyers, old leads or booked calls. DataCops reads your columns; only email is required.
  2. See a match score for every person. An estimate from 0 to 10 from email, phone, name, location, click ID and customer ID, before anything is sent.
  3. Pick the event. Purchase, Lead, Complete registration, Add to cart or Schedule.
  4. Send server-side. Up to 20,000 people per upload to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok, with a sent, skipped or failed result per person. Google Ads credits only people who clicked a Google ad.

Each row is dated when you press send, not with the old sale date, so it gives a new campaign real customers to learn from on day one. Preview is free; sending needs a paid plan.

What else a pipe never does

  • Capture at the edge. With DNS on Cloudflare, the free, optional DataCops Cloudflare Worker reads click IDs and UTMs off the first request, before the page or any script runs. It captures; it does not block.
  • Keep the click on the server. gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid, ttclid and li_fat_id are stored for up to 90 days, so a deal that closes weeks later still finds its click. A signed server-set cookie lasts up to 400 days where enabled.
  • Check the lead's email. Fixed rules, not guesses: disposable providers, domains with no mail server and an email risk score. With LeadCops (Business and up), a lead that fails is held and never billed.
  • Install on Shopify. The DataCops Shopify app adds a web pixel and a theme app embed, so every paid order reaches your ads, express checkouts included. See Shopify Conversions API.
  • Hand evidence to Google. On the Organization plan, the fraud refund report exports bot-flagged Google Ads clicks in the format Google's Click Quality form asks for. You attach it; Google decides.

Health and wellness stores

Meta limits what health and wellness stores can send. Product names and page links can get your events restricted. We found nothing about this on TrackBee's home or pricing page.

DataCops has a health mode. It sends only an approved list of fields, cuts page links down to your domain, and uses neutral event names like L_1. Your ads still learn from the sale, without product names or full page links.

What to know before you switch

  • Klaviyo orders stay with Shopify's Klaviyo app. DataCops adds browse, cart and checkout events from its server.
  • Switch Real people only on from day one. It starts off on a new site.
  • Microsoft Ads uses a pilot API. Ask your Microsoft account manager to enable the UET Conversions API, then paste your key.

Moving from TrackBee to DataCops

  1. Install the DataCops Shopify app. No code.
  2. Connect your ad accounts, and send each purchase from one tool only, so nothing counts twice.
  3. Connect your CRM (HighLevel or your webhook) for phone and credit sales.
  4. Watch for two weeks in Meta Events Manager and Google Ads, and check what DataCops skipped as bots.
  5. Cancel TrackBee at renewal once your ads run on DataCops data.

TrackBee alternatives: FAQ

Can I warm up a new campaign with my existing customers?

Yes, with DataCops Ads Warmup. Upload a CSV of past buyers, old leads or booked calls (only email is required, up to 20,000 rows), see a match score from 0 to 10 for every person, and send them to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok as fresh signal, dated when you send. Google Ads credits only people who clicked a Google ad. Preview is free; sending needs a paid plan.

What is the best TrackBee alternative?

DataCops, because it replaces TrackBee and the rest of the tracking stack in one tool: server-side tracking from your own subdomain, a built-in cookie banner, a bot verdict on every visit, click fraud protection, and CRM stages like booked, showed, won and paid sent to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X, matched to the click. Free up to 2,000 sessions, no demo needed.

Does TrackBee have a free trial?

Yes. A 30-day trial with no card, and the clock starts when you connect your first ad account. DataCops has a free plan instead, up to 2,000 sessions a month with no time limit.

Does TrackBee filter bots?

We found no bot filter on its home or pricing page. DataCops puts a verdict on every visit (bots, datacenter traffic, VPNs, proxies), and with Real people only switched on for a platform, flagged visits never reach it. The switch is off by default. Once on, bots and datacenter traffic are blocked, and VPN, proxy and Tor blocking are optional.

Does TrackBee include a consent banner?

We found no consent manager of its own on its site, so you use Shopify's banner or another vendor. DataCops includes a first-party consent manager built to the IAB TCF v2.2 standard. The banner shows in Europe by default, Google Consent Mode v2 is on by default, and the server checks consent again before every send.

Which ad platforms does DataCops send Shopify orders to?

Eight: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, Pinterest and X. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and X connect with one click. Microsoft Ads, Reddit and Pinterest connect with an API key.

Will my Shopify purchases be counted twice?

Not with DataCops. The Web Pixel and the order webhook carry the same order ID, and each platform gets that order once.

Does DataCops work with Klaviyo?

Yes, if you connect it. DataCops sends Viewed Product, Added to Cart and Started Checkout to Klaviyo from its server, so flows fire for returning shoppers. Orders keep coming from Shopify's own Klaviyo app.

Can DataCops track sales that close on the phone?

Yes. Any CRM can post the paid sale to a private webhook, directly or through Zapier, Make or n8n, and DataCops matches it to the ad click by email or phone. HighLevel is connected natively.
